Donko Care Foundation is a registered non-profit humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and underserved communities through education, healthcare, social welfare, youth empowerment, and sustainable development initiatives.
With over 15 years of grassroots experience, we work closely with communities in Nigeria, Cameroon, and South Africa to address poverty, inequality, and limited access to essential services. Our programs are designed to promote dignity, self-reliance, and long-term community
resilience.
We operate with integrity, transparency, and a deep commitment to social impact.
Donko Care Foundation was originally established as Donko Foundation on 1st July 2009 in Douala, Cameroon, by Mr. Roseson Obasi (Donko) as a grassroots initiative aimed at supporting disadvantaged families and young people.
In its early years, the foundation focused on education support, humanitarian relief, and community development, earning trust and recognition through consistent service delivery.
As the organization’s impact expanded, its activities were extended to Johannesburg, South Africa, between 2016 and 2017, enabling broader regional outreach.
On 26th September 2022, the organization was formally incorporated in Nigeria as Donko Care Foundation, marking a major milestone in institutional growth, governance, and regional
presence.
